1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jl75 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through jl75.app and any associated mobile or web interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the jl75 Platform, including registered players, guests, and any person who accesses the Platform for any purpose.

jl75 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and use the jl75 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl75, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jl75 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jl75 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on jl75, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid GCash or bank account number for payment purposes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jl75 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl75 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. jl75 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl75 immediately by contacting our support team. jl75 reserves the right to suspend any account that is suspected of unauthorized access pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jl75 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are credited to your jl75 account balance in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. jl75 is committed to processing GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 1–2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals may be subject to review if unusual activity is detected on your account.
• jl75 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

jl75 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl75 accepts no responsibility.

All transactions on the jl75 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl75 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl75 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus terms apply to all jl75 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• jl75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jl75 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or regulated live dealer procedures to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. jl75 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.

By participating in any game on the jl75 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill, as applicable to the specific game type.
• jl75's game results are final and binding. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant game session.
• You will not use any software, tool, algorithm, or strategy designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a technical error, jl75 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels. These percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl75 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl75 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jl75 support immediately.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

jl75 offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jl75 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jl75 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming position.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

jl75 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jl75 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl75 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jl75 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jl75.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl75's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl75 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl75 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

jl75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A request by the player to self-exclude or close their account.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request the closure of your jl75 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl75 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jl75 support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jl75 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within 30 days of receipt.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jl75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl75 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the jl75 Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
